The conical shape of the pot is very excellent for maximum warmth transfer and the fabric is excellent for warmth holding. The internal aspect barricade is high (deep?) enough to lower back oil splash--having the lid additionally additional this lead to. The vented lid is a superb concept for minimizing condensation--it worked!
Finally, the handles are very just right for supporting the burden of the pot, especially when stuffed with oil.

Until a quantity of weeks ago I had an electric deep fryer (Euro Pro) that didn't do the work very smartly and just determined to die while I was making a home fish fry. No extra electricals for me. Don't fail to remember to accumulate a thermometer if you happen to wouldn't have one.
